The houses achieve EPC A rating and incorporate solar panels, underfloor heating, MVHR systems and air source heat pumps (ASHP) as part of the project’s low-carbon strategy.
Lewes – Block A Apartments
External works to the 8 apartments at Block A, including façade finishes, balconies and associated external detailing.
The development achieves EPC A rating and incorporates solar panels, underfloor heating and a centralised ventilation and heating system (ModulAir).
Peckham – Mixed-Use Development
Demolition of an existing property and construction of a new mixed-use development comprising 4 apartments with retail accommodation at ground floor level.
Construart acted as Main Contractor, delivering the project from demolition through to full construction and final finishes.
